Simple Biodata Maker provides instant digital products that are automatically generated and delivered immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the biodata is generated or accessed.

Refunds are available only in very limited cases involving verified technical failures on our end or duplicate payments. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Nature of Digital Products

All purchases on Simple Biodata Maker are for digital goods that are:

  • Instantly generated upon form submission
  • Immediately downloadable or emailed to you
  • Automatically delivered without manual intervention
  • Non-returnable once accessed or delivered

Note: Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once generated and delivered, the transaction is complete and refunds are strictly limited to the cases outlined below.

  • Request made after 24 hours without technical proof

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:

1. Low-Quality or Blurry Photo Upload

If your uploaded image is too small, blurry, pixelated, under 300KB, or heavily compressed, this directly affects output quality. We do not provide free edits or regeneration for user-uploaded content issues. Please preview carefully before downloading.

2. Product Already Generated or Downloaded

Once the biodata is generated or emailed to you, the order is complete and final. Digital products cannot be returned.

3. User Entered Incorrect Information

Errors in names, addresses, spelling, dates, or contact details entered by you do not qualify for refunds. We do not provide free edits. You must log in, update your details, and re-download the file (requires active credits/pass).

4. Change of Mind / Mistaken Purchase

Refunds are not given if you no longer need the biodata, selected the wrong template, or decided not to proceed after ordering.

5. Device or Browser Issues on User Side

Technical issues like poor device performance, PDF viewer problems, low RAM/storage, browser rendering issues, or slow internet are not grounds for refund. We provide technical support to help resolve such issues.

6. Design Change Requests After Delivery

We do not offer free edits. Any design or content changes require a new download via our platform using your active credits or Day Pass.

7. Delays Caused by User

For manual preparation services, if you delay sending required information or fail to respond in time, refunds are not applicable.

How to Request a Refund (Valid Cases Only)

Important: Refund requests are only considered for duplicate payments or verified technical failures on our end. Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase with supporting evidence.

  • No partial refunds - Even if you use only 1 out of 10 day pass downloads

Cancellation Policy

Instant Downloads / Auto-Generated Biodatas

Cancellations are not possible once payment is complete, as the digital file is generated and delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.

The automated system processes your order within seconds, making it impossible to cancel after purchase completion.

Manual Preparation Orders

Cancellation is only possible before the designer starts working on your biodata.

Once work begins (usually within 1-2 hours of order), the order becomes non-refundable. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my PDF blurry or pixelated?+
Blur is caused by low-resolution photos uploaded. Please upload a clear image of at least 1MB or 600×600px for best results. You will need to upload a better photo and re-download the file.
Do you refund for blurry output?+
No, blur is caused by low-quality user-uploaded images, not our system. We recommend verifying the photo quality in the preview before purchasing.
I entered wrong information. Can I get a refund?+
No. You must correct the information in the editor and re-download the file. This counts as a new download and may require valid credits or a Day Pass.
I selected the wrong template by mistake. Can I cancel?+
Once the biodata is generated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, if reported immediately (within minutes), we may assist on a case-by-case basis.
I paid twice. Will I get a refund?+
Yes, duplicate payments are fully refunded. Please contact us with proof of both transactions.
The file did not generate. What should I do?+
Contact us immediately at support@simplebiodatamaker.in. If it's a verified technical issue on our end, a full refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.
Can I change the design after delivery?+
No. Any changes, including minor typos or design switches, require you to update and re-download the file. We recommend our Bulk Credits or Day Pass for flexibility if you anticipate multiple iterations.
I cannot open the PDF on my phone. Can I get a refund?+
Device or software issues on the user side do not qualify for refunds. Please try opening the file on a computer or use Adobe PDF Reader. We're happy to help troubleshoot.
I bought Day Pass but only used 5 downloads. Can I get partial refund?+
No. Day Pass is a time-limited offer valid for 24 hours. Whether you use 1 download or all 10, there are no partial refunds. The pass expires after 24 hours regardless of usage.
My Day Pass expired before I could use all downloads. Can you extend it?+
No. Day Pass has a strict 24-hour validity from activation. We cannot extend or refund expired passes. Plan to use all downloads within 24 hours before purchasing.
I bought bulk credits (3 downloads) but only needed 1. Can I get refund for unused credits?+
No. Bulk credits are sold as a package deal (3 for price of 2). Unused credits remain valid for 30 days but cannot be refunded. We recommend using them for edits or sharing with family.
Can I transfer my unused bulk credits to a different template?+
No. Bulk credits are specific to the template you purchased them for. They cannot be transferred to other templates or converted to Day Pass.
My bulk credits expired. Can I get a refund for unused ones?+
No. Bulk credits have a 30-day validity period. Expired credits (used or unused) are not refundable. Check your credit balance and expiry date in your account.
What if I accidentally bought Day Pass instead of single download?+
Once activated, Day Pass cannot be refunded or cancelled. If you contact us within 5 minutes of purchase and haven't used any downloads yet, we may consider a case-by-case review.
I have active credits but the website is down. Will my credits be extended?+
If our website is down for more than 12 hours during your Day Pass validity or causes you to lose download attempts, contact us immediately. We'll review and may provide compensation on a case-by-case basis.
